Seminar Tuition Sales Tax Notice

New Haven, Connecticut

Please be advised that Conn. Gen. Stat. §12-407(2)(i)(J) imposes a 6.35% sales tax on job-related training services rendered in the state of Connecticut.  In its capacity as a service provider of such job-related training services in the state of Connecticut, Earthwork Software Services is required to charge and collect the 6.35% sales tax on each New Haven seminar registration and submit the collected sales tax to the Connecticut Department of Revenue.  Therefore, our New Haven seminar tuition rates are adjusted to include the 6.35% tax as follows:

Invoiced amounts for the New Haven seminar will be based on the above Invoiced Rates and will include the 6.35% sales tax.  (Note: The sales tax will not be listed as a separate line item on the New Haven seminar registrant's original web-generated invoice but we will provide the registrant with a duplicate invoice that does break out the tuition and sales tax amounts.)
