Registration/Payment Deadlines and Venue Information

- Early Pay Discount Expiration
Chantilly Standard Tuition is $750 per student,
per seminar day but you can learn more for less with our generous
Early Pay Discount which applies to Chantilly
tuition payments received
by March 5, 2010.
The Early Pay Discount increases with the number of seminar days attended
by each student:

A Good Deal . . . Attend Any One Day (save 8
percent) For any student attending one seminar day,
discounted Early Pay Tuition is $690.00
per student, per seminar day.

A Better Deal . . . Attend Any Two Days (save 16
percent) For any student attending two seminar days,
discounted Early Pay Tuition is $630.00
per student, per seminar day.

The Best Deal . . . Attend All Three Days (save 32
percent) For any student attending all three seminar
days, discounted Early Pay Tuition is $510.00
per student, per seminar day.
Please understand that the Early Pay Discount Cut-Off Date is strictly
applied, and one day late is one day too late to qualify for the above
discounts (we offer the strong incentive of the Early Pay Discounts
because paid early registrations allow us to efficiently contract our
meeting space and catering commitments for each seminar location).

- Standard Payment & Close of Registration Date
If you can't take advantage of the above Early Pay Discount, Standard
Tuition of $750.00 per student,
per seminar day will apply to Chantilly registrations
received March 6, 2010
through April 2, 2010.
Chantilly registrations will not be accepted after April 2, 2010.
In fairness to all students, no exceptions will be made to the above
Early Pay and Close of Registration dates.
Please understand that tuition is quoted, and payable, in U.S. dollars
and is exclusive of any applicable sales, use, or value-added taxes.
Venue and Lodging Information
The Chantilly,
VA seminars will be conducted at the following

A very limited number of discounted guest rooms is available at the special rate of $129.00 per night (including a hot breakfast) for reservations made no later than Tuesday, March 23, 2010. Please make any required room reservations by calling (703) 818-8200 and requesting the "Earthwork Software Services" group rate [if you have any problem receiving the group rate, ask to speak with RoShal Saenz, the hotel's Sales and Catering Manager].
Guests arriving by air can take advantage of the hotel's complimentary Dulles Airport shuttle.
On the day of each seminar, sign-in and seating begins at 8:00 am and instruction begins at 8:30 am. Class end time varies somewhat each day: 4:30 ~ 5:00 pm on Day 1, 4:00 ~ 4:30 pm on Day 2, and 3:30 ~ 4:00 pm on Day 3.
Lunch will be provided by Earthwork Software Services each day. The seminars are conducted in a lecture/demonstration format, so please do not bring your digitizers and/or AGTEK computers to the meeting room.
