(The above tuition rates exclude any applicable tax. Seminar tuition is quoted, invoiced and payable in U.S. Dollars.)
Please understand that the Early Pay Discount Cut-Off Date is strictly applied, and one day late is one day too late to qualify for the above discounts (we offer the strong incentive of the Early Pay Discounts because paid early registrations allow us to efficiently contract our meeting space and catering commitments for each seminar location).

May 7, 2021 - Standard Payment & Close of Registration Date

If you can't take advantage of the above Early Pay Discount, Standard Tuition of $900.00 per student, per seminar day will apply to TBD registrations received April 10, 2021 through May 7, 2021.  TBD registrations will not be accepted after May 7, 2021.
In fairness to all students, no exceptions will be made to the above Early Pay and Close of Registration dates.

Venue and Lodging Information

The TBD, US seminars will be conducted at the following location:

TBA - Dates and Location Pending

TBA: Specific city and seminar dates are pending for this spring 2021 seminar (the May 11-13, 2021 dates are tentative). Our seminars are conducted in hotel meeting facilities, often near a major airport. Specific venue information will be posted for this location if/when the seminar's city location and dates are finalized.

COVID-19 Notice: As a shared courtesy for all present in the seminar classroom, we require that each attendee (including the instructor) wear a multi-layer face covering that covers the mouth and nose (inexpensive, disposable three-ply face masks are available via Amazon and other online/offline retailers).  See this FAQ for other common-sense steps that we're taking to encourage a healthy classroom experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Any potential registrant concerned that their demographic status and/or underlying health conditions put them at higher risk of severe COVID-19 complications should consult with their doctor before registering for this seminar.

On the day of each seminar, sign-in and seating begins at 8:00 am and instruction begins at 8:30 am. Class end time varies: 5:00 ~ 5:30 pm on Day 1, 4:30 ~ 5:00 pm on Day 2, and 4:00 ~ 4:30 pm on Day 3.

Lunch is provided by Earthwork Software Services each meeting day. A face mask is mandatory (as noted above), and a color highlighter can be useful for attendees who wish to mark important points in the provided seminar handbook; otherwise, attendees need not bring anything special to the seminars. The seminars are conducted in a lecture/demonstration format, so please do not bring AGTEK computers and equipment to the meeting room. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and casually (yes--even jeans, tee shirts and sneakers are perfectly fine).
