May 27, 2022 - Early Pay Discount Expiration

Atlanta Standard Tuition is $945.00 per student, per seminar day but you can learn more for less with our generous Early Pay Discount (save up to 25 percent) which applies to Atlanta tuition payments received by May 27, 2022.  The Early Pay Discount increases with the number of seminar days attended by each student:

  • A Better Deal . . . Attend Any Two Days (save 12 percent)  For any student attending two seminar days, discounted Early Pay Tuition is $830.00 per student, per seminar day.
  • The Best Deal . . . Attend All Three Days (save 25 percent)  For any student attending all three seminar days, discounted Early Pay Tuition is $705.00 per student, per seminar day.

(The above tuition rates exclude any applicable tax. Seminar tuition is quoted, invoiced and payable in U.S. Dollars.)
Please understand that the Early Pay Discount Cut-Off Date is strictly applied, and one day late is one day too late to qualify for the above discounts (we offer the strong incentive of the Early Pay Discounts because paid early registrations allow us to efficiently contract our meeting space and catering commitments for each seminar location).

June 24, 2022 - Standard Payment & Close of Registration Date

If you can't take advantage of the above Early Pay Discount, Standard Tuition of $945.00 per student, per seminar day will apply to Atlanta registrations received May 28, 2022 through June 24, 2022.  Atlanta registrations will not be accepted after June 24, 2022.
In fairness to all students, no exceptions will be made to the above Early Pay and Close of Registration dates.

COVID-19 Notice: Safe and highly effective COVID-19 vaccines are now universally available at no cost for anyone age 5 and up in the USA, and the impact of the COVID-19 vaccines has been positively dramatic for the vaccinated.  Unfortunately, highly-contagious COVID-19 variants remain a threat to the unvaccinated (as evidenced by the fact that the overwhelming majority of COVID-19 hospitalizations and deaths are now represented by unvaccinated individuals).  Unless otherwise required by government mandate, we no longer require seminar attendees to wear a mask in the seminar classroom but we do encourage at-risk attendees to consider the CDC's recommendations on how to protect yourself from COVID-19.  See this FAQ for basic measures that we're taking to encourage a healthy classroom experience, but attendees should understand that no measures can eliminate all risk of COVID-19 transmission in the seminar classroom.  Any vaccinated or unvaccinated individual concerned that their (or their household members') profile puts them at high risk of severe COVID-19 complications should consult with their healthcare provider before registering for our in-person group training seminars.  By entering the seminar classroom, attendees assume and accept the risk of potential COVID-19 infection.

Guest Room Reservations: A limited number of discounted guest rooms are available at the group rate of $129.00 per night (includes daily breakfast buffet) for reservations made by Monday, June 6, 2022. Please make any required room reservations via this group discount reservation link or by calling (800) 774-1500 and requesting the "Earthwork Software" group rate (Group Code "EST"). For any problems reserving at the group rate, call the hotel at (404) 763-1600 and ask for Wendy Smallwood (the hotel's Sales Coordinator).

Hotel Restaurant: Attendee group guest room reservations (see above) include a daily breakfast buffet (7:00am to 10:00am, $18.95 value) and all seminar attendees will enjoy a group lunch buffet each seminar day. The hotel's restaurant has been closed for dinner service due to pandemic-related staffing issues, but the Lobby Lounge Bar does offer a limited "Bar Bites" menu (5:00pm to 10:00pm). Full dinner service should be available in the hotel's restaurant by the June seminar dates, but overnight hotel guests also have many other nearby dinner options available for consideration.

Parking: Attendees parking a car at the seminar venue are advised that this airport hotel charges $15.00 per day for parking (guest room rate does not include parking); however, our group qualifies for discounted parking at $5.00 per day. Upon arrival, attendees must advise the parking lot attendant (and the Front Desk staff, if checking-in for a guest room reservation) that they are with the Earthwork Software meeting group. (Driving attendees with a guest room at the hotel should verify that the discounted parking charge is reflected on their statement when checking out.)

Airport Shuttle: Attendees arriving by air can take advantage of the hotel's complimentary ATL airport shuttle (runs every 30 minutes, 24/7).

Class Times: On the day of each seminar, sign-in and seating begins at 8:00 am and instruction begins at 8:30 am. Class end time varies: 5:00 ~ 5:30 pm on Day 1, 4:30 ~ 5:00 pm on Day 2, and 4:00 ~ 4:30 pm on Day 3.

Other Useful Info: Lunch is provided by Earthwork Software Services each meeting day. A color highlighter can be useful for attendees who wish to mark important points in the provided seminar handbooks; otherwise, attendees need not bring anything special to the seminars. The seminars are conducted in a lecture/demonstration format, so please do not bring AGTEK computers and equipment to the meeting room. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and casually (yes--even jeans, tee shirts and sneakers are perfectly fine).
