(The above tuition rates exclude any applicable tax. Seminar tuition is quoted, invoiced and payable in U.S. Dollars.)
Please understand that the Early Pay Discount Cut-Off Date is strictly applied, and one day late is one day too late to qualify for the above discounts (we offer the strong incentive of the Early Pay Discounts because paid early registrations allow us to efficiently contract our meeting space and catering commitments for each seminar location).

April 17, 2020 - Standard Payment & Close of Registration Date

If you can't take advantage of the above Early Pay Discount, Standard Tuition of $900.00 per student, per seminar day will apply to Dallas registrations received March 21, 2020 through April 17, 2020.  Dallas registrations will not be accepted after April 17, 2020.
In fairness to all students, no exceptions will be made to the above Early Pay and Close of Registration dates.

Venue and Lodging Information

The Dallas, TX seminars will be conducted at the following location:

TBA - Dallas

DALLAS TBA NOTICE: The Dallas seminar has a sufficient number of paid registrations to support the seminar; however, the escalating COVID-19 crisis has caused Texas counties in the Dallas/Fort Worth area (and elsewhere statewide) to impose mandatory "Stay At Home" orders. Although these orders are currently scheduled to expire about two weeks before the Dallas seminar dates, there is a strong possibility that the orders will be extended through the Dallas seminar dates. Because of this uncertainty, please understand the following: (1) we are no longer accepting additional registrations for the Dallas seminar, (2) we are holding off on making a firm contractual commitment with a specific Dallas seminar venue, (3) a conflicting extension of the Dallas area Stay At Home orders will legally require cancellation of the Dallas seminar and (4) if the Dallas seminar must be cancelled (or if any current Dallas seminar registrant wishes to cancel their Dallas registration), we will provide our Dallas registrants with a tuition credit equal to 100% of their paid seminar tuition.

If the Dallas seminar is not cancelled, the venue will be located at a hotel near the Dallas/Fort Worth Int'l. Airport (DFW) and specific details will be posted as soon as the venue contract has been finalized (by April 17, 2020). If you have already registered for Dallas, a finalized venue announcement will be emailed to you.

On the day of each seminar, sign-in and seating begins at 8:00 am and instruction begins at 8:30 am. Class end time varies: 5:00 ~ 5:30 pm on Day 1, 4:30 ~ 5:00 pm on Day 2, and 4:00 ~ 4:30 pm on Day 3.

Lunch is provided by Earthwork Software Services each meeting day. A color highlighter can be useful for those attendees who wish to mark important points in the provided seminar handbooks; otherwise, attendees need not bring anything special to the seminars. The seminars are conducted in a lecture/demonstration format, so please do not bring AGTEK computers and equipment to the meeting room. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and casually (yes--even jeans, tee shirts and sneakers are perfectly fine).
