(The above tuition rates exclude any applicable tax. Seminar tuition is quoted, invoiced and payable in U.S. Dollars.)
Please understand that the Early Pay Discount Cut-Off Date is strictly applied, and one day late is one day too late to qualify for the above discounts (we offer the strong incentive of the Early Pay Discounts because paid early registrations allow us to efficiently contract our meeting space and catering commitments for each seminar location).

April 17, 2020 - Standard Payment & Close of Registration Date

If you can't take advantage of the above Early Pay Discount, Standard Tuition of $900.00 per student, per seminar day will apply to Dallas registrations received March 21, 2020 through April 17, 2020.  Dallas registrations will not be accepted after April 17, 2020.
In fairness to all students, no exceptions will be made to the above Early Pay and Close of Registration dates.

Venue and Lodging Information

The Dallas, TX seminars will be conducted at the following location:

TBA

TBA: The venue for this seminar location has not been finalized. Specific location and lodging information will be posted for this seminar as soon as it is available (if you have already registered for this seminar location, a venue notification announcement will also be emailed to you). Our seminars are conducted in hotel meeting facilities, typically located in the vicinity of a commercial airport (convenient for attendees arriving by air). NOTE: Because seminar locations that receive insufficient paid registrations may be cancelled, please DO NOT make non-refundable travel arrangements before you verify a seminar location's potential cancellation status with Earthwork Software Services.

COVID-19 Notice: Unless otherwise required by government mandate, we don't require seminar attendees to wear a mask in the seminar classroom but we do encourage at-risk attendees to consider the CDC's recommendations on how to protect yourself from COVID-19.  See this FAQ for basic measures that we're taking to encourage a healthy classroom experience, but attendees should understand that no measures can eliminate all risk of COVID-19 transmission in the seminar classroom.  By entering the seminar classroom, attendees assume and accept the risk of potential COVID-19 infection.

On the day of each seminar, sign-in and seating begins at 8:00 am and instruction begins at 8:30 am. Class end time varies: 5:00 ~ 5:30 pm on Day 1, 4:30 ~ 5:00 pm on Day 2, and 4:00 ~ 4:30 pm on Day 3.

Lunch is provided by Earthwork Software Services each meeting day. A color highlighter can be useful for attendees who wish to mark important points in the provided seminar handbook; otherwise, attendees need not bring anything special to the seminars. The seminars are conducted in a lecture/demonstration format, so please do not bring AGTEK computers and equipment to the meeting room. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and casually (yes--even jeans, tee shirts and sneakers are perfectly fine).
