(The above tuition rates exclude any applicable tax. Seminar tuition is quoted, invoiced and payable in U.S. Dollars.)
Please understand that the Early Pay Discount Cut-Off Date is strictly applied, and one day late is one day too late to qualify for the above discounts (we offer the strong incentive of the Early Pay Discounts because paid early registrations allow us to efficiently contract our meeting space and catering commitments for each seminar location).

August 28, 2020 - Standard Payment & Close of Registration Date

If you can't take advantage of the above Early Pay Discount, Standard Tuition of $900.00 per student, per seminar day will apply to Orlando registrations received August 1, 2020 through August 28, 2020.  Orlando registrations will not be accepted after August 28, 2020.
In fairness to all students, no exceptions will be made to the above Early Pay and Close of Registration dates.

Venue and Lodging Information

The Orlando, FL seminars will be conducted at the following location:

TBA - Orlando

COVID-19 Notice: As a courtesy to all seminar attendees, we require that each attendee (including the instructor) bring their favorite cloth face covering and wear it while in the seminar classroom (keep it simple--even a bandanna that covers the nose and mouth is fine).  See this FAQ for other common-sense steps that we're taking to encourage a healthy classroom experience during the COVID-19 pandemic.  Any potential registrant concerned that their demographic status and/or underlying health conditions may put them at higher risk of severe COVID-19 complications should consult with their doctor prior to registering for this seminar.

The Orlando seminar venue will be located at a hotel near the Walt Disney World Resort and specific details will be posted here as soon as the venue has been contracted. We anticipate that a discounted guest room rate will be available for our attendees. If you have already registered for Orlando, a finalized venue announcement will be emailed to you.

On the day of each seminar, sign-in and seating begins at 8:00 am and instruction begins at 8:30 am. Class end time varies: 5:00 ~ 5:30 pm on Day 1, 4:30 ~ 5:00 pm on Day 2, and 4:00 ~ 4:30 pm on Day 3.

Lunch is provided by Earthwork Software Services each meeting day. A cloth facemask is mandatory (as noted above), and a color highlighter can be useful for attendees who wish to mark important points in the provided seminar handbook; otherwise, attendees need not bring anything special to the seminars. The seminars are conducted in a lecture/demonstration format, so please do not bring AGTEK computers and equipment to the meeting room. Attendees are encouraged to dress comfortably and casually (yes--even jeans, tee shirts and sneakers are perfectly fine).
